Guest Profile & ID Proof

• Primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
• Accepted ID proofs: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, and Government-issued Photo ID.
• All guests above 18 years must carry a valid government-approved photo ID with address proof.
• Local IDs are not accepted.
• For foreign guests, a valid passport and visa are mandatory. C-Form formalities will be completed as per government regulations.

General Rules & Visitor Policy

• Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Private parties/events are allowed.
• Outside visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms. Visitors may meet guests in the lobby, restaurant, or designated public areas.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Smoking, Alcohol & Outside Food

• Alcohol consumption is prohibited inside the premises.
• Smoking inside the premises is prohibited.
• Outside food is not allowed.

Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed.
• No pets reside within the property.

Infant Policy

• One infant (0–2 years) per room is allowed without affecting room occupancy.
• Complimentary meals are provided for infants.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

• No extra bed will be provided for children included in the booking.
• Extra bed/mattress for additional guests is available at INR 1500 per guest per night (payable at the property).
• Children below 5 years can stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Children above 5 years may be charged as per the hotel’s extra person policy.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate plan or booking source.
• If cancellation is made within 72 hours before check-in, one night’s tariff will be charged.

Refund Policy

• Refunds for refundable bookings may take 2–4 weeks to reflect in the original payment method after deduction of applicable bank/credit card charges.

No Show Policy

• In case of a no-show, applicable room charges will be charged.

Payment Policy

• Accepted payment methods: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, and Cash.

Applicable government taxes and service charges will be levied
